Why We Started
After serving the needs of multiple companies in the tech sector, the founders of Validation One saw how lacking current validation efforts were in regards to process, metrics, and delivery. Most companies can't afford Intel levels of quality in their engineering, let alone Software Validation/QA. So we did something about it and took our knowledge and processes to the affordable talent pool owned by Validation One in Eastern Europe.

Validation One has the incredible advantage of a European pool of qualified engineers ready and waiting to execute your Validation/QA needs. While most companies settle with the industry average, our engineers are imbued with top level methodologies and expectations to deliver Intel quality output for nearly half (or less!) the price of a test engineer in the US. If Validation One can deliver a better Validation/QA service for close to half the price, we decided it was our calling to execute on this vision.

Nick Goulian
Founder & CEO
Nick honed his talents at Intel, General Dynamics, and other defense contracting companies. With a degree in Computer Science, he led Intel's QA resources on their 100+ internal applications at the CQN Division. Widely regarded within Arizona as mission critical to multiple project efforts, Nick enjoys the challenge of one of the most demanding Engineering jobs available. Nick is known for the love of his Nissan GTR and building enthusiast gaming computers.
Gavrilo Stosic
Director of European Operations
With an advanced degree in computer science, Gavrilo took his talents to multiple startups in Belgrade, Serbia and delivered nationally recognized Software Engineering services. These days, Gavrilo plays both an Engineering role and an advisory role as the Director of Validation One's Eastern European division. In his spare time, "Gaga" likes to read philosophy and enjoys making connections with new people to further his large retinue of knowledge.
